The staff. The front desk attendant is my hero. There was a power failure due to a storm. Weather related, completely outside the control of the hotel. The gentleman at the front desk kept his calm while dealing with guests locked out of their rooms, guests trapped in the elevator, police, firemen, no computers, new guests arriving. He is a 110%, no drag, high value employee. Give that man a raise!!!

We spent only one night at this hotel. It appears to be newly built and is well maintained. Quiet, safe area of town. The room (king, one bedroom) is very spacious. The breakfast had fresh fruit (berries) as well as hot items such as eggs and bacon. The staff was friendly and attentive. We would gladly stay here again.

Large room, well stocked. Breakfast selection was excellent. The serving area was well maintained and clean! Delicious muffins. Quiet area. Perfect for our overnight stay in Waco. Close to shopping and restaurants!

New and clean. Lights in the ceiling that turned on with the switch are nice. Hilton doesn’t do that. Really nice bed. Loved the Dove products.

The front desk staff both when we checked in and when we checked out were beyond friendly and accommodating. They genuinely seemed to want to make sure our stay was the best it could be!
